Roasting and Shipping Schedule

We roast every Saturday|Sunday and sometimes during the week, as needed. Orders are filled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (and sometimes on Saturday). 

We do offer free local delivery for customers in Kaneohe, Kailua up to Kahuku. Deliveries will be within two business days of your order. Free delivery for orders over $50, included zip codes are: 96731 (Kahuku), 96762 (Laie), 96717 (Hauula), 96730 (Kaaawa), 96744 (Kaneohe), 96734 (Kailua). Please call or text us with any questions. 

For international destinations, please email us your contact information and mailing address to arrange shipment. 

Roasting Profile 

Our coffees are roasted to a classic medium profile that balances the unique aromas and flavors of each coffee.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are currently on a per-coffee basis, however, we do plan on offering subscription bundles that will include x3 12oz bags of your choice. Email us if interested.

Sourcing Our Greens

We partner with a Southern California green coffee importer who works directly with coffee farmers around the world. All of our coffees have a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Cupping Score of 80 points or higher. We are also in conversations with a few green coffee growers on the big island for sourcing local kona green coffee.
